Provides Mental Illness, Personality Disorder and Learning Disability services (men only)

Aderyn provides a high quality step-down service for men with enduring mental health difficulties. The service provides a therapeutic focus on learning new skills and the maintenance of skills necessary for community living, as well as promoting independence and improving their quality of life and working in partnership.

Aderyn is set within attractive grounds, and the homely environment offers an excellent environment to promote rehabilitation with the advantage of the support and resources of Llanarth Court close at hand. Facilities for daytime activities and recreation include two large lounges, a large conservatory and a therapy suite.

Patient groups

-Male patients, from 18 years, with a mental disorder, who require further recovery and ongoing rehabilitation and may need continuing support for some considerable time.
-Patients who are liable to be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.
