Our skilled staff regularly attend external training and conferences, which allows them to integrate the latest evidence-based treatments into their practice. We have attracted a blend of psychiatrists with skills across the board from general adult to forensic, as well as those specialising in liaison and addiction psychiatry. Our specialists regularly present papers and give talks nationally and internationally.

We employ specialists in psychology and psychotherapy who offer a wide variety of evidence-based treatment, clinical and risk assessment.

As core multidisciplinary team members, our nurses make a critical contribution to the care pathway of patients. The latest developments in nursing practice guide their management and each nurse is committed to developing and maintaining high standards of patient care.

The in-house social work teams are also involved with developments in the fields of mental health law. Our occupational therapy teams provide a wide range of activities designed to help patients maintain and develop the skills they need to achieve their optimal performance in activities of daily living.
