The PiC National Training Centre as your next venue…

Arbury Lecture Theatre is fully equipped with the latest AV equipment complete with SMARTTM technology and web access from a lecturn pc. Comfortable tiered seating is offered with a capacity of up to 65 delegates. There are sufficient loud speakers to transmit the lecturer’s voice and an induction loop provides for those with hearing difficulties. Both static and roaming microphones are provided for all Q&A sessions.

The Meeting Rooms each have interactive white boards with SMARTTM technology, computers with internet access and connection to ceiling- mounted projectors. All rooms are decorated with a modern, neutral theme and are air-conditioned. Rooms available to hire:

Ayr / Dene  - Together the Ayr and Dene make one large room which can be arranged in various layouts. A removable partitioning means the rooms can be hired separately or divided for group work. The Dene provides an additional LCD HD flat screen.

Calverton - This light and airy room contains desk-chair combination seating and provides the perfect learning environment.  It can also be arranged in a variety of layouts including traditional boardroom or classroom style with desks.

Spinney - This is the smaller of our meeting rooms and is arranged in a traditional boardroom layout.  This is suitable for more intimate meetings and can accommodate from 2 - 12 delegates.

Kneesworth - The Kneesworth is a very versatile room, with removable matted flooring.  This room can be utilised for meetings and for physical interaction / team building exercises.  This room is the core area for our Conflict and Breakaway training courses and TMVA programme.  This room can be hired with or without matted flooring and with the option of portable AV equipment.

All meeting room hire rates include usage of the AV equipment, flipcharts, delegate stationary and up to 3 servings of tea, coffee and cookies.  The centre has additional IT equipment available for hire in cases whereby delegates need computer access/ internet access for learning.
