We are extremely lucky to have Professor Chris Webster attend from Toronto, Canada. 

Professor Webster's role in the development of risk assessment has been fundamental to practice today. The HCR-20 tool is now internationally recognised and formed part of the quality agenda last year via the CQUIN process.

Professor Webster will present: “Structured Professional Judgment: The current states of the sciences and the directions for the future"

He will cover:

· Risk Assessment and Management Developments – including the HCR-20 – Version 3

· Risk Assessment Research and Issues of Implementation

This will be complemented by Mrs Katie Bailey, from PiC presenting on “Links between risk assessment and management within PiC North West secure services”
