PiC major partners of Koestler Awards

The UK's best-known prison arts charity

The Koeslter Trust has been awarding, exhibiting and selling artworks by offenders, detainees and secure patients for 47 years. PiC is proud to be involved for the third year running with the awards and exhibition at the Southbank Centre, London. This year we are major partners and are delighted to also sponsor the Platinum Awards for: 

• Women in a secure hospital
• Photography 

Tim Robertson, Chief Executive of the Koestler Trust said "PiC patients have an extraordinary record of success in our annual awards. That's a testament to their talents, of course, but also to the dedication and creativity of the staff who work with them. So all of us at the Koestler Trust are truly delighted that PiC has become one of the major partners in our annual exhibition at London's Southbank Centre. The exhibition will attract around 13,000 visitors, and I'm really looking forward to seeing lots of PiC patients, staff and families among them."

The opening of the exhibition is taking place on Tuesday 28 September at The Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, London. The exhibition will run until 14 November.
