Oaktree Manor
Provides Learning Disability and Brain Injury services (men and women)
Oaktree Manor provides high quality assessment, treatment and care for adults with learning disabilities in a low secure environment. The service promotes rehabilitation and community access. It provides a care pathway that is focused on achieving successful outcomes through a co-ordinated programme of care.
All the wards at Oak Tree Manor are freestanding, single storey and have either 8 or 16 beds. Patient accommodation is in single rooms with en suite showers and toilets. Through recent investment the extended services now incorporate improved facilities and further qualified staff to ensure consistent and high levels of patient engagement activities. The hospital has attractive grounds that are used for recreation and leisure; it also has excellent links with the local facilities and services.
Oaktree Manor also has a new 8 bed purpose built low secure unit for patients with acquired brain injuries within its grounds. This unit forms part of
