From The South

• From the M25 take the A12 to Colchester. After the Travelodge (Colchester Feering) keep in the right hand lanes and continue forward onto Colchester Bypass (signposted Colchester North, Ipswich, Harwich).
  
• Leave the A12 at Junction 29 (signposted Colchester North, Clacton, Harwich).
  
• Continue forward onto the A120 (signposted Clacton, Harwich). Stay on the A120 for approximately 8 miles.
  
• At Horsley Cross roundabout (prominent water tower and the Cross Inn public house on the left) take the 3 rd exit onto the B1035 (signposted Clacton), continue for approx. � mile.
  
• Oaktree Manor is on the left, opposite the Live and Let Live public house.

From The North

• From the A14 take the A12 south to Colchester.
  
• Leave the A12 at Junction 29, at the roundabout take the 1st exit, then merge onto the A120 (signposted Clacton, Harwich). Stay on the A120 for approximately 8 miles.
  
• At Horsley Cross roundabout (prominent water tower and the Cross Inn public house on the left) take the 3rd exit onto the B1035 (signposted Clacton), continue for approx. 1/2 mile.
  
• Oaktree Manor is on the left, opposite the Live and Let Live public house.

By Train

• The nearest stations are Colchester North or Manningtree, which are both on the London Liverpool Street and Norwich lines. We are a short taxi ride from both stations.
