From The South
From the M25 take the A12 to Colchester. After the Travelodge (Colchester Feering) keep in the right hand lanes and continue forward onto Colchester Bypass (signposted Colchester North, Ipswich, Harwich).
Leave the A12 at Junction 29 (signposted Colchester North, Clacton, Harwich).
Continue forward onto the A120 (signposted Clacton, Harwich). Stay on the A120 for approximately 8 miles.
At Horsley Cross roundabout (prominent water tower and the Cross Inn public house on the left) take the 3 rd exit onto the B1035 (signposted Clacton), continue for approx. � mile.
Oaktree Manor is on the left, opposite the Live and Let Live public house.
From The North
From the A14 take the A12 south to Colchester.
Leave the A12 at Junction 29, at the roundabout take the 1st exit, then merge onto the A120 (signposted Clacton, Harwich). Stay on the A120 for approximately 8 miles.
At Horsley Cross roundabout (prominent water tower and the Cross Inn public house on the left) take the 3rd exit onto the B1035 (signposted Clacton), continue for approx. 1/2 mile.
Oaktree Manor is on the left, opposite the Live and Let Live public house.
By Train
The nearest stations are Colchester North or Manningtree, which are both on the London Liverpool Street and Norwich lines. We are a short taxi ride from both stations.
