Brain Injury Services, Northants, offers highly specialised services for people with the complex physical, cognitive, functional and behaviour difficulties that typically follow a brain injury. Our expert care includes the management of people with challenging behaviour.

Grafton Manor provides a homely environment for patients who require rehabilitation or long term care. We also offer a range of community rehabilitation and supported living. We have a commitment to help reintegrate our residents by involving them in supported work and leisure pursuits to enable them to relearn the skills they have lost and offer opportunities to gain further independence.
