Biographies
Barrie Crosbie
Regional Executive Director, West
After leaving school in South Wales, Barrie gained a BA from London University in Modern Languages and Economics. He then studied for two years for a Post-Graduate Diploma in Export Marketing.
Barrie spent fourteen years as an Export Manager in the pharmaceutical industry before joining Partnerships in Care in September 1985 (then part of the AMI group). He commissioned Llanarth Court Hospital, which opened in December 1992, and remains as the unit's Executive Director.
Keith Barry MSc, RMN
Director of Nursing
Keith joined Partnerships in September 1994. He began as a Nurse Consultant in dual diagnosis at Llanarth Court before he was appointed the role of Director of Nursing.
Previously, Keith has worked as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in adult mental health and also as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in mental health and CBT.
Keith has an MSc in Applied Social Learning Theory and Counselling. He is also an Honorary Lecturer at Birmingham University
