We're incredibly grateful for all the competent and professional people we work with. They're the ones who turn Partnerships in Care from a collection of specialist hospitals to a world in which our patients can live, and get better in. And that's what matters most.
We have to remember that you and I are free to go to wherever, whenever we like. But for our patients, many of our hospitals - even if only for a short while - are their whole world. Therefore, it doesn't matter if our patients need a doctor to treat them, a chef to cook for them, or a gardener to ensure they have somewhere to relax - we can ensure they have as much of a normal life here as possible, despite their condition.
