Annesley House

Provides Personality Disorder and Mental Illness Services (women only)

Annesley House is a low secure service which is committed to providing a range of modern, clinical therapies and individual treatment programmes for women with a primary diagnosis of personality disorder and/or mental illness detained under the Mental Health Act (1983). Patients are managed within the person centred care programme approach (CPA).

The focus of Annesley House is preparation for the final stage in a patient's care pathway which could include transfer to The Willows, a low secure rehabilitation unit within PiC Midlands Women's Service. Our ultimate goal is to develop a relapse prevention plan which may then form the basis for managing the patient's future treatment in the community. Patients have access to a comprehensive range of facilities including a tennis court, a training kitchen, art workshops, a gymnasium, a computer room with a library, together with group and individual based activity rooms.
