St. John’s House
Provides Learning Disability services (men and women)
St. John's House provides quality, specialised treatment and
care of adults with learning disabilities where their needs
challenge the existing service provision. We offer a secure
environment which is linked with community based step-down services
including continuing care and rehabilitation.
Based in the village of Palgrave in Norfolk, the strength of St
John's House lies in the quality of the comprehensive assessment,
treatment and care it provides. The emphasis is on a holistic and
individualised approach delivered by a multidisciplinary team who
are skilled, experienced professionals trained in their specific
field.
Patient groups
We accept men and women with learning disabilities who may
present with complex mental health problems, autistic spectrum
disorder, Aspergers syndrome and/or personality disorders who may
have forensic histories. All patients admitted are detained under
the Mental Health Act 1983.
