Specialised residential learning disability services
Our specialised residential services provide accommodation, care
and support for people with moderate to severe learning
disabilities who present with challenging behaviours. Residents
require a higher degree of support than available in standard
residential services, but have the opportunity for appropriate
involvement in the community.
Our residential houses situated in and around Diss and Pulham St.
Mary in Norfolk, provide high quality, homely living environments.
Specialised residential services are offered at The Croft and Hill
House, and supported community living services at Roydon Road,
Harrisons Yard and Louies Lane. Each resident is assigned a
key-worker to encourage, support and guide them in expressing their
own choices, and in setting and accomplishing personal goals.
Our staff teams work together through our residential and day
services to provide a cohesive and continuous programme of care and
support for each individual. All our residents benefit from 24 hour
support, including those integrated into the community in our
supported living houses.
Referrers, relatives and patients are all welcome to visit to find
out more about the services offered.
