If you have a referral related enquiry please contact us on 0800 218 2398. For all other enquiries please contact Head Office on 020 8327 1800.

Alternatively, to make a referral, you can complete either our online referral form or fax back form below and we will contact you directly.

If you wish to make a referral to a specific unit please click here, navigate to the appropriate unit page and use the referral details displayed in the contact information.

To arrange a tour of a unit or for information on forthcoming Open Days please email your details to info@partnershipsincare.co.uk stating which unit/units you are interested in.

Rapid Response Service

PiC has a commitment to assess referrals within 48 hours. In an emergency we offer a rapid response service and can assess and admit a patient within 8 hours of referral.

Our central referral line 0800 218 2398 gives you access to the PiC rapid response service. Every effort will be made to assess the patient in person though on occasions a paper assessment will be appropriate. PiC referrals staff will work with you to ensure a smooth transition from first contact to admission.
