Healthcare Workers

Our Healthcare Workers get involved in a wide variety of activities. Some will join us with qualifications and previous experience, but we also welcome individuals who are new to this field. As long as you have the desire to support our patients and improve their quality of life, you’ll fit right in.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (under the supervision of a qualified nurse) you’ll provide a wide variety of support and care to patients. This could range from direct personal care and support, through to learning interventions or even taking patients on day trips. Everything you do will be making a real difference to their quality of life.

Because you’re so important to what we do, you’ll benefit from our in-house competency framework that lets you explore your potential, and gain the skills and qualifications you need. Our NVQ schemes are industry-recognised, and they're a great way to move on to a career in nursing, or to become a leading member of the care team.
