About Partnerships in Care

With 25 years' experience, Partnerships in Care (PiC) continues to deliver high-quality assessment, treatment and care that extends the choice and range of services to our patients and referring organisations.

about us image

PiC delivers fully integrated, individualised pathways of care for every patient from their initial placement through to their successful reintegration into the community, whenever appropriate. By providing highly skilled multidisciplinary teams and individualised treatment programmes, we consider every aspect of a patient's care and address every need. Our specialist units are designed to meet the needs of patients: they are modern, clean and we invest in an on-going programme of improvements.

The evidence suggests that access to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as that offered by PiC, improves outcomes. We also provide independent advocacy services for all patients and, whenever possible, involve the families. We treat all our patients with dignity and respect.

We work in collaboration with the NHS and other referral services. We are always ready to rise to the challenge in the provision of care to people with mental health needs, including focusing on areas that are often not met elsewhere. At PiC we listen and respond to our customers. We constantly strive to improve our offerings to meet the needs of our patients and the referring organisation and provide services that are open, flexible and transparent.

We also offer recognised training to many PCTs and hospitals in the Management of Violence and Aggression as well as professional services in Employee Assistance, through Care First.
